Descriptions of financial auditing engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. Final scope, independence conditions, and fees appear only in a written engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Nozomi Ledger Office or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Field Notes articles may be shared with attribution for non-commercial reference.

User submissions

When you send an inquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to discuss the entity named. Do not submit confidential financial statements through the public contact form unless we have asked you to do so after an initial exchange.

Liability

The website is provided as a general introduction to our practice. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website summaries. Professional liability for audit work is addressed in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Gunma Prefecture shall have exclusive competence over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
